Just imagine yourself in December 2006, looking out the window at 3 p.m. the sun is slowly sitting and it is 22 degrees. Your neighbor is outside unloading a partial load of wood by his Lil'house heater, that has some snow on top from this mornings skip that came thru and a few clouds are in the horizon.  He waves over at you standing in the window with your cup of coffee or hot tea, you wave back.  Then you look over toward that propane tank half covered in snow, you can see the frost line on it to see how much is left in the tank.  Then you realize you are going to have to order more propane very soon, another 500, 600 or 700 dollars worth.  That is when you realize in your mind how smart your neighbor really is (even though he nearly killed your hedge trying to "help" you trim it!).  If only I had ordered a Lil'house heater in the fall when he ordered his!

Now is the time to be thinking of yourself as the neighbor that did, not the neighbor that didn't.  Take control of your heating bill this winter and start saving money instead of spending it!  If you like to write checks to oil or electric or propane companies quit reading this and just keep doing like you have been for the last how many years?  If you had bought last year you could be having  free heat by this coming Christmas.

Truck shipping will be done at a reasonable rate (I get a discounted business rate) plus $50.00 to pack and deliver to the terminal(I get you a better rate by delivering to the terminal myself).  Please understand with diesel fuel prices the way they are it is going to cost more than a year ago!

Remember just because you have a freight quote doesn't mean you're on the list to be shipped.  You must have paid for your furnace to be on the list to be shipped out to you. Example:  I called Scott and he got me a freight quote on the 5th of Oct., I call and pay for the furnace on Oct. 10th your on the shipping list as of Oct. 10th.( This is not my rule but the factory rule.)

This is the goal that I have to treat others the way I would want to be treated, fairly and honestly thereby getting the best deal for the money!  After all I want you to have free heat from your furnace as soon as possible!

Please remember if you're going to pay with a debit card to contact your bank before you order.  Most debit cards have a maximum amount that can be taken out a day.  If you contact your bank they will allow a larger transaction.  This is only for customers paying with a debit card.  We take Visa and MasterCard only.  We don't charge extra for credit cards unless it is Paypal, they eat my lunch!  Thanks!

The reason you cannot order off the website itself is two fold.  One, being we need to make  sure this is what you want to do.  Two, I like to have contact with the customer myself and ordering online is not very personal.  So we do it the old fashioned way..... phone calls and yes emails.

Take the shipping amount and add $50.00 for packaging and handling.

That gives you the ESTIMATE on shipping.  Remember this will be a estimate to a business address, not a residence!  You will need to add $75.00 more to the estimate if you want it shipped to a home.  Another 89.00 (that is what they charge us) for residential delivery using a lift gate to set the heater down out of the truck.  Remember, we are not charging you additional fees for shipping!

The actual shipping quote will be when I call and get a shipping quote number from the freight company. 

In the past the estimate has been usually within + or - $20.00.

If shipped out first day possible without another shipment being made add $20.00 more.  Usually we are shipping more than one unit within two or three days of ordering so don't get too excited about spending the extra money.  Unless your just real impatient.
